Conference Format Notes

• Full papers and abstracts will be made available to participants through a shared conference folder prior to the conference.

• Each paper has an assigned developmental commentator to facilitate deeper scholarly dialogue and richer developmental feedback.

• Presentation slots are discussion-oriented and scheduled for 30 minutes.

• Authors are encouraged to present key ideas concisely (no more than 15 min) to allow substantial time for dialogue and feedback.

• The conference is intentionally designed as a developmental and dialogical scholarly space connected to the forthcoming Oxford Handbook on Bad Leadership and the related Leadership & Organization Development Journal Special Issue.
